                         1. 
                          In a bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder. 2. Add 
                          soya milk and beat to a thick batter using whisk (the 
                          more liquid the batter, the thinner the pancake; thin 
                          pancakes are not ideal for sandwiches). 3. Distribute 
                          1 tsp of oil with household tissue. 4. Pour a soup ladle 
                          of batter into pan. 5. Flip pancake as soon as bubbles 
                          become visible. 6. Allow to cool on pie rack or eat 
                          immediately with fruit salad. 7. Use oily 
                          paper to wipe pan and repeat process. 
                        For 
                          the salad: 
                          2 oranges, 2 apples, 2 pears, 2 bananas, 1 pack of organic 
                          ground almonds (200g), 2 tablespoons of Linseed oil 
                        1. 
                          Wash all fruit carefully. 2. Press oranges. 3. Grate 
                          apples and pears into the orange juice. 4. Mix well. 
                          5. Mash bananas and add. 6. Add oil and almonds. 7. 
                          Enjoy immediately to get most of the vitamins available.
